How do I get in touch?

Please complete our Contact us form and include a full description of your enquiry, pictures and the date you need your order by. For general enquiries call us on 07532770963

How long will my order take?

Headwraps and masks will be dispatched the next working day if ordered before 2pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If any items are out of stock we will contact you with alternatives.

Custom made items are usually sent within 7 working days. Please note Corset orders will be 10 working days as we have to order in the metal work to build the corset.

Where is my order?

All items are sent out 1st class signed for and our team will forward a postal receipt if you leave your mobile number. This is not 100% guaranteed next day. Your item is insured for £50. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items in the shipping process. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please specify when ordering.

How do I place a custom made order?

We love collaborating with customers to create dream items! Please send us as much information as possible when completing our Contact us form and our admin team will get back to you with more details, costings and expected delivery time.

Do you offer exchanges/refunds?

Our ready made headwraps are exchange only. Please note for health and safety reasons we can not refund on any face mask orders. We do make them in various sizes, please let use know should you need a different size.

All items are handmade in our Northamptonshire based studio. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure to ask any questions about sizing & colour prior to ordering. Items that may incur a manufacturing default can be exchanged only for a like for like item.

All items are quality checked by our QC team prior to being shipped. If you deem your item to be applicable for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving it. Please attach full sized photographs of your item(s) & description of the fault, which will help you obtain a more efficient solution from us.

Please confirm the shipping address before sending packages back to us, and please make sure to use signed for postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items in the post. We follow a strict code of conduct under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

My item needs adjusting, what can you do?

If your made to measure item/s arrive and are fitting big/small to the measurements provided, then we can adjust the garment for a small remake fee. Please email us for further details.
